Well, yesterday we got the rest of our Christmas shopping pretty much done. We ran out and got the paper and there were a couple of places having sales, so we decided to run out and get the rest of it done. All we’re waiting for is for 2 things to come in the mail from Amazon for the boys.

Tom checks into his new unit tomorrow. He’ll find out if or when he can take any leave for Christmas. We’re not sure if they’re going to let him take leave at all, thankfully though he’s not on the duty roster, that would have been our luck.

The boys are doing good. Going a little stir crazy at times we think, they were just getting used to getting their own shoes on and just heading out into the backyard at the old house right before we moved. We have snow on the ground now and it’s a bit colder so they need to bundle up a bit more. Plus every store we seem to go to for a snow shovel seems to have sold out of them, so there’s this big patch of ice right on the patio and the walkway to the garage. I’m sure some running around at Christmas will help them with all that
