The appraisers came through on Tuesday. The appraisal came through today….It appraised for our asking price!!! So that’s a lot off of our shoulders. The home inspection apparently had nothing major, just a few pieces of wood trim to replace. Barb’s going to check on that for us because when the termite inspector came through he only called 3 of the windows, with just 1 or 2 of the sides needing to be replaced and we replaced those almost 2 weeks ago. We’ll see.

So everything is done…all that’s left is the closing. We’re trying to bump up the closing by the weekend. We’re supposed to close on the 21st, but that’s a Monday. TMO won’t come pack us up on the weekend, so they would come the end of the week before. So, we’re trying to get it pushed up to the 18th just so TMO can come pack us up that Weds and Thurs. And with doing that hopefully we can get up to VA early enough before the family housing office closes so that we can find out when we can get moved into a house. We don’t have an address to give TMO, which means they are probably going to make note of our things to go into storage. So the sooner we can get an address, the quicker we can get our things.

That’s about it for now. That was the last of what we were waiting for to get done. So…now we just wait to close.
